In accordance with the provisions of Chapters 116 and 117 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Matagorda County Navigation District #1 (MCND #1), Texas, will enter into a contract with one or more banks for the depositing of the public funds belonging to MCND #1. Any bank desiring to be designated as a MCND #1 Depository shall make and deliver to the Port Director an application applying for such funds, said application to be in the hands of the Port Director no later than 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Notice is hereby given that MCND #1 will select the qualified applicants that offer the most favorable terms and conditions for handling of the MCND #1 funds and may enter into contracts for managing bank, participating (subdepository) banks and investment services.
