In accordance with the provisions of Chapters 116 and 117 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Matagorda County Navigation District #1 (MCND #1), Texas, will enter into a contract with one or more banks for the depositing of the public funds belonging to MCND #1. Any bank desiring to be designated as a MCND #1 Depository shall make and deliver to the Port Director an application applying for such funds, said application to be in the hands of the Port Director no later than 3p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Notice is hereby given that MCND #1 will select the qualified applicants that offer the most favorable terms and conditions for handling of the MCND #1 funds and may enter into contracts for managing bank, participating (sub depository) banks and investment services.
